protection of personal information. Flow has built internal mechanisms for the protection of personal information, has made all of its employees aware of the importance of the

Any capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings as defined in the Flow Solutions Master Service Agreement, accessible here, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. Should there be any conflicts between the two, the definitions in this
Privacy Policy shall prevail only for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

1. Management of Personal Information
個人情報の管理
In order to keep Clients’ personal information accurate and up to date and to prevent any
unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage and other manners of unintentional disclosure of personal information, Flow maintains a data security and management system and strives to educate its employees as to the importance of the protection of personal information. By implementing appropriate security measures and strictly managing personal information, Flow endeavors to protect the data of its Clients, partners and any other individuals from whom it receives any personal information.
Flowは、クライアントの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん、若しくは漏洩、又は他の手段での意図的ではない個人情報の開示などを防止するため、データセキュリティ・管理のシステムを維持して、個人情報保護の重要性に関する社員教育を実施しする。Flowは、適切なセキュリティ措置及び徹底的な個人情報管理を履行することにより、クライアント、パートナー、及び個人情報を提供していただいている他の者のデータを保護するように試みる。

2. Purpose
個人情報の利用目的
The personal information that is entrusted to Flow by its Clients will be used solely for the
following purposes: delivering and implementing its Services; improving its Services;
responding to e-mails; explaining its Services to actual and potential clients; and providing
information and sending inquiries to Clients (“Purpose”).
クライアントからFlowへ提供された個人情報は、次の目的のみに使用される: サービスの提供・履行、サービスの向上、電子メールへの回答、実際のクライアント又は見込み客へのサービスの説明、及びクライアントへの情報の提供やお問い合わせへの対応（以下、「利用目的」という）。
Upon choosing to use Flow’s Services, Clients agree to have their personal information
collected and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Flow will not use or share Clients’
personal information with any third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Flowのサービスの利用を選択した場合、クライアントは本プライバシーポリシーに基づく個人情報の収集と使用に同意するものとする。本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている場合を除き、Flowは、クライアントの個人情報を使用せず、第三者へ共有してはならない。

3. Information Collection and Use
情報の収集および使用
In order to be able to experience the benefits that are provided by Flow’s Services, Clients
may be required to provide Flow with certain personally identifiable information, including
their name, phone number, and postal address. The information collected may be used for
the Purpose set forth Article 2 above.
Flowのサービスをより快適にご利用いただくために、クライアントは、名前、電話番号、住所など、個人を特定できる情報の提供を依頼されることがある。収集された情報は、第2条に定める利用目的のためのみに使用される。

3.1 Log Data

When Clients visit websites related to Flow’s Services, Flow may collect information received
from the Clients’ browsers (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as a
computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of Flow’s Services visited the time and date of the visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
クライアントがFlowのサービスに関連するウェブサイトにアクセスする場合、Flowは、クライアントのブラウザ－から送信されるデータ（以下、「ログデータ」という。）を収集することができる。このログデータには、コンピュータのインターネットプロトコル（以下、「IP」という。）アドレス、ブラウザーのバージョン、アクセスしたFlowのサービスのページ、アクセスした日時、それらのページで費やした時間、その他の統計情報が含まれる場合がある。

unique identifier. These are sent to your browsers from the visited website and are stored on your computer’s hard drives.

Flow’s website uses cookies to collect information and to improve its Services. Clients have
the option either to accept or refuse these cookies and Clients will be made aware when
cookies are being sent to their computers. If a Client chooses to refuse Flow’s cookies, the
Client may not be able to use some portions of Flow’s Services.

4. Service Providers

In order to provide the best service to its Clients, Flow may employ third-party companies and entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to such third-party companies to the extent necessary to achieve the Purpose for the following reasons:
● to facilitate its Services;
● to perform Service-related services; or
● to receive assistance in analyzing how the Services are used.
These third parties may have access to Clients’ personal information as necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them for the purpose of delivering the Services. They are under an obligation not to disclose or use the information for any purpose other than the Purpose.
Flow will not provide personal information to any third party except as set forth above or as
permitted by law.
クライアントに最高のサービスを提供するために、Flowは、第三者を起用し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を当該第三者へ委託する場合がある。

サービスを提供する目的のために、当該第三者は、委託された業務を履行する際に、必要に応じて、クライアントの個人情報にアクセスできるようになる場合もある。当該第三者は、利用目的以外の目的のために情報を開示または使用しない義務を負うこととする。Flowは、上記の場合又はその他法令等に許されている場合以外、個人情報を第三者に提供しない。

5. Security

Flow values its Clients’ trust in providing their personal information and, therefore, strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Please keep in mind, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Flowは、個人情報を提供していただいた信頼に応えるため、商業的に許容される手段を用いて個人情報を保護するよう努める。但し、インターネットを介した通信方法や電子ストレージの方法は100％安全で信頼できるものではなく、絶対的なセキュリティを保証することはできない。

6. Links to Other Sites

Flow’s Services may contain links to other sites that, upon clicking, may redirect Clients to an external website. Note that these external sites are not operated by Flow. Therefore, it is
strongly advised to review the privacy policy of these third-party websites. Flow has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Children’s Privacy

Flow’s Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 20. Flow does not knowingly
collect personal identifiable information from children under 20. If Flow is made aware that a child under 20 has provided Flow with personal information, Flow will immediately delete this information from its servers.

る情報を収集することはない。20歳未満の子供から個人情報が提供されたことが判明した場合、Flowは、直ちに
サーバーから削除するようにする。

Flow makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of personal information it has obtained and strives to ensure that such information is up to date. Flow will promptly respond to Client requests to disclose, correct or suspend the use of information once the identity of the Client has been verified. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be communicated by updating the Privacy Policy on this page and are effective immediately after posting.
